Taizhou Huangyan Debodi Mold Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of PET preform injection molds, based in the renowned mold manufacturing hub of Huangyan, Taizhou, China. With over 12 years of industry experience, we specialize in designing and producing high-cavitation preform molds ranging from 4 to 96 cavities for the global beverage, water, oil, and food packaging industries.

Our engineering team combines advanced CAD/CAE/CAM design with precision manufacturing equipment, including 5-axis CNC machining centers, EDM, and CMM inspection. We use high-quality German and Japanese steel, paired with reliable hot runner systems, to ensure each mold delivers consistent performance, extended service life, and optimal cycle efficiency.

We produce a complete range of PET preform molds for various neck types, including PCO 1881, 30/25, 38mm, ALU neck, and wide-mouth designs. Our molds are widely used for still water, carbonated drinks, edible oil, juice, pharmaceutical bottles, and food jars. Customized solutions based on client drawings or samples are also available.
